Triopetra beach which can be accessed by caris located west of the dense olive groves at the foot of Siderotas mountain.

It is 52Km south of Rethymno and close to the Heraklion region.

The name Triopetra, which means three rocks, comes from the rock peninsula on the eastside of the beach.

The beach is very long and full of coarse sand.

There are some umbrellasand sunbeds but also a couple of restaurants where you can try Cretan recipes while enjoyingthe spectacular view.

If you prefer natural landscapes then we adviseyou to swim near the big rocks!.
